About Sheba
I’m Sheba, a mobile massage therapist working across London. I’m ITEC and FHT accredited and fully insured, with more than ten years of client-facing experience.
My training covers deep tissue and sports massage, pregnancy and postnatal care, and trauma-informed bodywork. I work through Method, my own practice, and you can book with me directly online.

What to expect
I bring a premium massage table to you for most sessions, with no hidden fees and no travel fees. Same-day availability is often possible, and bookings are open from 10am to 1am.
All sessions are strictly therapeutic massage. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

How do I book a massage with Sheba?

Are you qualified and insured?
Yes. I’m ITEC and FHT accredited and fully insured, and I’m accredited in pregnancy and postnatal massage.
Do you bring a massage table?
Yes, a premium table is included with most sessions. Hotel Massage is the exception and is done without a table.
Do you offer pregnancy or sports massage?
Yes. I offer pregnancy and postnatal massage, sports recovery and deep tissue work.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late without contact, may be charged in full.
Are all sessions strictly therapeutic?
Yes. All sessions are strictly therapeutic massage, and any request or behaviour of a sexual nature ends the session with no refund.
