All client details, addresses, and session notes are kept strictly private. Nothing is shared with third parties, and no personal information is used for anything beyond delivering and scheduling your treatment. This practice handles all personal data in line with UK GDPR — see the official gov.uk guidance on data protection for more.
All sessions are strictly therapeutic massage. Any request, suggestion, or behaviour of a sexual nature, or any attempt to solicit services beyond professional therapeutic massage, is strictly forbidden and will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Any such request or behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session with no refund, and will be reported to the venue and, where appropriate, the relevant authorities. This applies equally to all locations and all forms of booking.
Incall sessions take place at professional, third-party therapy venues (Light Centre locations), operating under their own venue standards of conduct in addition to the terms set out here. Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards both the therapist and venue staff at all times. Any breach of venue conduct standards may result in immediate removal from the premises, in addition to the consequences outlined above.
For Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Pregnancy Massage bookings, a brief in-person consultation will take place before treatment begins. This is standard professional practice for both modalities and allows us to confirm suitability and screen for any contraindications relevant to your individual circumstances. Based on this consultation, your therapist may decline to proceed, or may modify the session, in the interest of your safety. This does not affect your right to a refund under our standard cancellation terms if the session cannot proceed for this reason.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late without contact, may be charged in full.
Refunds are only issued in line with our cancellation notice policy above. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy Privacy Areas.
Membership is personal to the named account holder and may not be shared, transferred, or used by another person. Sessions booked under a membership must be taken by the member named on the account. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a membership found to be shared or used by someone other than the named member.
Membership may be revoked immediately and without notice in the event of misconduct, including but not limited to the behaviour described in Section 2 above (any sexual request, suggestion, or behaviour, or any attempt to solicit services beyond professional therapeutic massage). Where membership is revoked on these grounds, no refund will be issued for the current billing period already paid, and no further sessions will be provided under that membership. This is in addition to, and does not limit, any other rights or remedies available to us, including reporting to the relevant authorities where appropriate.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and can be used towards any treatment, booked at least 24 hours ahead. A treatment voucher covers that treatment at 60 minutes; a longer session can be booked by paying the difference. Any balance left on an amount voucher stays on the code until it expires.
Voucher sessions take place at an incall location by default. Home or hotel visits can be arranged by agreement, and the person booking adds their own card to hold the appointment. Everyone booking with a voucher completes the usual health questions; if massage is not suitable for them, the voucher can be exchanged or refunded to the buyer. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, and the same booking, cancellation and conduct terms apply as for any other booking.
Thank-you codes and friend codes are personal, single-use unless stated, have no cash value and cannot be combined with another discount (the bigger discount applies). A friend code gives £10 off a first booking only; the person who shared it receives a £10 thank-you code once that booking is paid. Members receive a free upgrade to 90 minutes on every 4th massage instead of money-off rewards.
