All client details, addresses, and session notes are kept strictly private. Nothing is shared with third parties, and no personal information is used for anything beyond delivering and scheduling your treatment. All sessions are strictly therapeutic massage. Any request, suggestion, or behaviour of a sexual nature, or any attempt to solicit services beyond professional therapeutic massage, is strictly forbidden and will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Any such request or behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session with no refund, and will be reported to the venue and, where appropriate, the relevant authorities. This applies equally to all locations and all forms of booking.
Incall sessions take place at professional, third-party therapy venues (Light Centre locations), operating under their own venue standards of conduct in addition to the terms set out here. Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards both the therapist and venue staff at all times. Any breach of venue conduct standards may result in immediate removal from the premises, in addition to the consequences outlined above.
Please give at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an incall appointment. Late cancellations, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late without contact, may be charged in full.
Once your booking is confirmed, the deposit amount (£25 or £40, depending on session length) is non-refundable. If you need to cancel with at least 12 hours' notice and have prepaid in full, the difference between the full treatment fee and the deposit amount will be refunded to you, processed within 5-7 working days. Sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable in full, including any amount paid beyond the deposit. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy Privacy Areas.
