Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session or no-shows are non-refundable.
In the rare case Method needs to cancel or reschedule your session, you'll receive a full refund or free rescheduling — whichever you prefer.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
